These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between LPT178 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Member", "User", "you") who accesses or uses the services provided through lpt178.cam and its associated subdomains, mobile applications, and affiliated products.

LPT178 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operating under international licensing. Our services include, but are not limited to, live dealer casino games, virtual slot machines, sports betting markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UFC, and other events, lottery products, and arcade games. All services are provided in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or other accepted currencies as specified at the time of transaction.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this agreement by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the LPT178 website accessible at lpt178.cam, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any applications provided by LPT178.
• "Member" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the Platform and has agreed to these Terms.
• "Account" refers to the unique registered user profile created by a Member upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real money funds and/or bonus funds held in a Member's account at any given time.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by the Member using eligible payment methods, net of any applicable withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by LPT178, subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds (or a multiple thereof) before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under our compliance obligations.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming products, betting markets, promotional offers, customer support, and ancillary functions accessible through the Platform.
• "MYR" / "RM" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency of the Platform.

To register and maintain an active account on LPT178, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. LPT178 strictly enforces a 21+ minimum age requirement across all products and services. Registration by individuals under the age of 21 is prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing active account on the LPT178 Platform. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• You are not a resident of, nor accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of LPT178 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.

4.1  Account Registration. To access real-money services on LPT178, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian phone number. You are required to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your membership.

4.2  Identity Verification. LPT178 is required to verify the identity of all Members in accordance with its compliance obligations. You may be required to submit the following documents at registration or prior to any withdrawal:

• A clear photograph of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back;
• A recent selfie photograph clearly showing your face alongside your identity document;
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement) no older than three months; and
• Proof of payment method ownership, where applicable.

4.3  Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. LPT178 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. LPT178 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4.4  Accuracy of Information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

5.1  Accepted Methods. LPT178 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). Available methods may vary and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

5.2  Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page for each payment method. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at LPT178's discretion and may differ by payment method. Members are also subject to account-level deposit limits, which may be modified at the Member's request through customer support.

5.3  Processing Times. Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers are generally credited within 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 15–45 minutes. LPT178 does not guarantee processing times due to factors outside its control.

5.4  Member Funds. All deposited real money funds are held separately from LPT178's operational funds. Deposits may only be used for the purpose of placing wagers on available games and markets. LPT178 does not pay interest on Member balances.

5.5  Third-Party Payments. Members may only fund their accounts from payment methods registered in their own name. LPT178 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.1  Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to Members who have completed KYC verification, satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and whose accounts are in good standing. Withdrawal requests submitted without completed KYC may be placed on hold until verification is finalised.

6.2  Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Available methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, direct bank transfer to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank accounts, and supported cryptocurrency wallets.

6.3  Processing Times. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX withdrawals typically clear within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take 15–60 minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times. All times quoted are estimates and may vary during high-volume periods.

6.4  Withdrawal Limits. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of the Member's account. VIP tier members may be entitled to enhanced withdrawal limits as detailed in the VIP Programme terms.

6.5  Right to Verify. LPT178 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. The Platform may delay processing of a withdrawal request by up to 72 hours if enhanced due diligence is required. Members will be informed of any such delay.

7.1  General Bonus Terms. All promotional offers made available through LPT178, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP rewards, migration bonuses, and any other incentive, are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered.

7.2  Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money wagers unless otherwise specified.

7.3  Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used or for which wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Member's balance without notice.

7.4  Abuse of Bonuses. LPT178 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void associated winnings, and/or suspend or close an account if we determine that a Member has abused the bonus system, engaged in coordinated bonus abuse, exploited technical errors, or engaged in any form of arbitrage or hedging designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

7.5  One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the LPT178 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during your membership;
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or circumvent platform rules;
• Using any software, script, bot, crawler, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for regular players;
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error in the Platform's favour without reporting it to LPT178;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other financial crime using the Platform;
• Conducting arbitrage betting or employing strategies solely designed to generate guaranteed profit without regard to game outcomes;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other individual;
• Engaging in any conduct that is harassing, threatening, or abusive toward LPT178 staff or other Members.

9.1  Voluntary Closure. Members may request account closure at any time by contacting LPT178 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9.2  Suspension by LPT178. LPT178 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; chargebacks initiated by the Member; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or any other conduct that LPT178 reasonably determines poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or its other Members.

9.3  Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account for cause, LPT178 may withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, forfeit such balance in full. LPT178 will notify relevant authorities where legally required.

All content on the LPT178 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of LPT178 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through the Platform.

Unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and/or criminal liability.

11.1  Platform Availability. LPT178 endeavours to provide continuous access to its services but does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may affect service availability.

11.2  Gambling Risk. Gambling involves financial risk. LPT178 does not guarantee any outcome, return, or profit from the use of its services. Members participate in all games and betting markets entirely at their own risk.

11.3  Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LPT178's total liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds deposited by that Member in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4  Exclusion of Consequential Loss. LPT178 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not LPT178 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

LPT178 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all its Members. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options to help Members manage their gambling activity responsibly.

LPT178 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice to registered Members via email or a prominent notification on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 9.1.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this document. We recommend that Members review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which LPT178 operates its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to LPT178's customer support team for internal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days of being referred, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism specified under LPT178's applicable gaming licence.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this English-language version of the Terms and any translated version, this English version shall prevail.
